Sculpt tape is a wide, flexible adhesive tape that lifts and supports your bust without a bra. It works for backless dresses, plunging necklines, strapless tops, and any outfit where a traditional bra is not an option. You can also use it to create cleavage, define shape, or add lift under swimwear.
We recommend wearing sculpt tape for no longer than 8 hours at a time. Extended wear beyond that can put stress on the skin and may cause irritation, especially in warm or humid conditions. Remove it the same day you apply it.
Yes. Our sculpt tape is water-resistant and holds through sweat and light water exposure, making it suitable for swimwear and warm-weather events. Apply to completely dry skin for best results, and avoid direct heavy water exposure like diving or water slides.
Yes, though technique varies. A and B cups typically need one or two strips for lift. C cups and above may need additional strips for full support, and we recommend layering strips with slight overlap for heavier busts. Our instructions include guidance by cup size.
Never pull sculpt tape off quickly or dry. Start at one edge and peel slowly back on itself, using the other hand to gently press down the skin as you go. Applying a generous amount of oil (baby oil, coconut oil, or oil-based makeup remover) along the edge first softens the adhesive significantly. Take your time and go strip by strip.
Yes, always. Apply our silicone nipple covers before taping. The nipple area is significantly more sensitive and should never have tape applied directly to it. The covers act as a barrier and also make removal much more comfortable.
Our sculpt tape uses a skin-safe, latex-free adhesive. If you have sensitive skin or known adhesive allergies, do a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before your event. Avoid using on broken, sunburned, or irritated skin.
Yes. The tape is designed to be cut with scissors to your preferred length and width. Rounding the corners slightly helps the ends stay down longer and reduces peeling at the tips.
